Privacy Policy
The Privacy
provisions of the G&SR/OmniPay User
Agreement presently constitute the entire G&SR/OmniPay
Privacy Policy:

Unless (i) necessary for completing OutExchange payments, (ii) otherwise
approved by User, (iii) ordered by a court or arbitration body of acceptable
jurisdiction, as determined by G&SR, or (iv) required for the submission
of a U.S. Department of the Treasury Form 8300 *, G&SR shall not reveal
User's contact or identifying information or transaction history to any
third party.

G&SR will not store Passphrase in plaintext. No employee of G&SR
will ever ask for User's Passphrase.
* G&SR/OmniPay
is a U.S. Company. As such, it is subject to and
complies with U.S. law. U.S. Department of the Treasury
Form 8300 applies to transactions involving cash or cash-like
instruments of a specified amount within a specified time
period. G&SR currently accepts no forms of
remittance in fulfillment of exchange orders from national
currency to e-gold that require the filing of Form 8300.
Additionally, e-gold is not anonymous digital cash since
identifying information is collected for Users and a record is
retained of all transactions. Therefore, Form 8300 is
not applicable to any exchange from national currency to
e-gold (or vice versa) presently supported by G&SR.

G&SR/OmniPay Anti-Spam Policy
G&SR/OmniPay
has drawn from the Value Limits and Right of Association
provisions of the G&SR/OmniPay User
Agreement to form its Anti-Spam policy.
You can help to stop spam
Before reviewing
these anti-spam policies and procedures, please be aware that
you can take these steps to help us reduce spam:
- First and foremost - Do not spam!
- Do not respond to spam.
- If you receive spam, delete it unread.
G&SR/OmniPay will not tolerate any
reference to its name or any of its services in unsolicited
commercial e-mail or Usenet posts (spam).
If any
G&SR/OmniPay User references the name or services of
G&SR/OmniPay in spam, G&SR/OmniPay will refuse further
service in accordance with the Right of Association Provisions
of the G&SR/OmniPay User
Agreement
Reporting
spammers
Our penalty for spamming is severe;
therefore, we request that you follow these directions when
filing a complaint:
- If spam was received via e-mail, include the offending
e-mail message as an attachment so that we are able to
inspect the complete message header.
- If the offending message was a Usenet post, include a
full unedited copy of the offending post, including
date posted, and the name of the spammed newsgroup.
- Please do not send your complaint from an anonymous
e-mail service or via an anonymous remailer.
- We require that you grant us the following permission
(please copy and paste into the text of your
complaint):
I give G&SR/OmniPay permission to
provide the complete text of this complaint, including all
e-mail headers, to the accused spammer.
